Our home purchase process a year ago was 10/10. Our refi process was 6/10. The rate is great and the loan team great however dealing with servicing teams and title company etc was a nightmare.

Tim Killday was an exemplary partner. Candidly, this was by far the best mortgage experience. We have purchased several homes over the past 30 years and have never had a more seamless process. Tim's communication skills are unmatched. Not only did he provide all the information that we needed to make a good decision, his delivery was practical, forward-looking and clearly he had our best interests at heart. As a result of this experience, we would choose Veteran's United over and over again. We hope that our mortgage can remain serviced by VU but if not, we will be making every attempt to use VU for other properties. Oh, and I almost forgot about his responsiveness. There was never any delay - it almost seemed that he worked 24 hours - fantastic!! And, for the record, we purposely did NOT use AI to write this review. ;-)
