Things were going okay until the last 48 hours before closing in which Gabriel Maldonado got pushy with me, literally told me not to listen to people talking about the process, and said "he only cared about when my inspection was gonna happen before I signed off!" He also didn't tell me correctly how the re-finance works with a VA loan, and didn't disclose you must obey "lenders rule" when securing a VA loan. This would have been great news to know before 48 hours before closing. Had I known, I would have chosen another lender. My advice, make sure you ask every question at the beginning, simply omitting facts, rules, rights and regulations does not make it okay to thing you are forgetting or don't have to tell the client. Omitting factual and helpful information is essential, and the same thing as lying. My advice, do your shopping around and do your homework. By the way, he was nice enough to make sure to pretty much ruin my buying process in the last 48 hours before closing. Make your own decision on what has been done and said. Unethical? Disrespectful? Unprofessional? Behavior unbecoming of a Veteran not looking out for Veterans benefits and well being? You be the judge.

Kyle was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for all the help! Kyle did a great job keeping me informed, and the process moving along. Kyle made sure that any barrier to our loan, that was in his power to take care of, was handled.
