I thought it was very convenient to have a secure and confidential account to keep personal information used in the process of buying a home. There were lots of tasks to complete each day, allowing the client achievable tasks to accomplish inorder to purchase a home. It can be overwhelming at times, which are necessary. I am confident in my loan, but thought it would be structured differently to lower my mortgage. Instead everything else upfront was covered, even giving me money back. Reading so much about rate-buy down from seller credits, underwriting seemed uninterested in even answering direct questions as to why they chose to structure the loan the way they did after I asked about structuring it a different way that worked very well on my end. Either way, I’m happy to close!
