My loan team was courteous but they lacked attention to detail with my closing resulting in a very tense 24 hours prior to my closing. They failed to read my initial contract and instead of me receiving 2400 back at closing I ended up having to pay 1600 which my team then credited my loan so that at closing I did not have to pay that amount which could have been avoided if they were meticulous looking though the initial builder contract and all of the addendum included with the contract. Jeremy in particular seemed to always be out of sorts. They had the wrong realtor information for most of the process when my realtors information was on my contract as well. He sent incorrect information through email as well and stated it was just a template and didnt mean to send it to me. I just felt his professionalism was lacking and then at the last hour it came back to bite me in the rear. I wished they read all the documents and went through them with a fine tooth comb before making false promises and guarantees then less than 24 hours before closing then catching a mistake that should have been caught on the first day.
Chris Rohr and his team at Veterans United was there holding my hand the whole entire way up into the day of signing they were very professional. They were very helpful and I couldn’t ask for a better team. I would definitely recommend Veterans United Chris Rohr and his team any day.

Regarding the home buying process, it was very interactive and easy to accomplish my tasks online. Team members were constantly in communication with us letting us know what steps were to follow throughout the process even late into the evening. We felt like all team members truly celebrated our dream with us and that means the world. Keep doing what ya'll do and continue to help veterans and their families. There was not a section to comment on Tiffany's performance so I will place it here. Tiffany did an excellent job since the first day she contacted me. Very friendly and professional team member with a go get em attitude. Tiffany quarterbacked the whole process flawlessly and the end goal was a total success. We really enjoyed the call she made us end of her day telling us we were clear to close, what an excitement. God bless Tiffany for all her hard work.
