This was my 1st home purchase and I've heard rhe horror stories of how rhe VA Loan process (or any home loan purchase) was terrible, the worst type of nightmare, etc and so on. Yim and his team not only made me feel like I was Family, but that they were truly there with me every step of the way. There were a couple of overwhelming moments, but Tim cal Ed me down and explained everything clearly and intelligently. He and his team made this Nightmare a perfectly peaceful dream. I appreciate everything he and his team did for me and I would buy another home tomorrow if I could have Tim handle it with me.

He was patient when I called and was confused and took the time to explain what I was asking about and would repeat it if necessary. He never acted like I was bothering him or annoying him. The timeline was extremely short, and the VU team worked hard to make it work. They were responsive and proactive, respectful and supportive.However, as great as the team was, the communication channels/medium was cumbersome. It wasn’t clear who did what on the team and when I needed to be talking to one team member vs another, and that was difficult once or twice when a pressing development occurred and answers were needed quickly.
The entire team from VU, Tyler Dunn, Jens Foreman, Vickie Bell and of course the true professional that made this whole process as painless as she could possibly make it, our real estate agent Lora Rousseau who found our perfect home for us!
