Loan Officer Kyle Upshaw returned to the Savannah area after spending 24 years in the Army. He comes from a family of Veterans – his father served in Vietnam as a Marine and his grandfather in WWII as a Naval Officer. Kyle served as an Civil Affairs Officer in the U.S. Army after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He deployed 5 times to Iraq and Africa, and has been stationed in Italy, VA, NC, CO, CA, GA and NY. Kyle is grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve and work with Veterans in achieving their dream of becoming homeowners. When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with his wife Kate and their son Henry. They love paddleboarding, going to the beach, hiking and finding new brunch spots.

Thanks for all the help! Kyle did a great job keeping me informed, and the process moving along. Kyle made sure that any barrier to our loan, that was in his power to take care of, was handled. Any questions I had he answered, and if I called or text he always responded quickly! He is kind and considerate and definitely easy to work with! We sincerely appreciate all his efforts in getting our home refinanced.
Working with Kyle was such a smooth process for our quick turn around! He provided us with great information at all stages of the process so we felt well informed and not at all overwhelmed. We would absolutely recommend Kyle to friends and family looking to buy in the area!
Kyle was prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the process. Would highly recommend him to friends and family.
This has been quite a unique journey to my first home buying experience. However, Kyle Upshaw was with me through every step, explaining what happens and what's about to happen. He was absolutely phenomenal when we were having a hard time with the Seller and their team. The team that I was assigned was phenomenal as well. But I would highly recommend to anybody that will listen.
