I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. the people at VU were great but as soon as I got my approval letter, I was bombarded with calls from companies that wanted me to refinance my (then) current mortgage. Then I realized that VU share's my data with 3rd party companies and that pissed me off.

Everyone was amazing and I will definitely recommend veterans united to anyone who ask. My only somewhat issue was the first person I spoke to was Dane and he was great but somewhere along the line I was switched to Jake and he was great but it was kinda confusing especially when you’re getting use to and comfortable talking with someone and then they kind of pass you off to someone.
The Veterans United team really made my home purchase easy. From the start they were on top of every detail. I can’t express my gratitude for the attention to details, and the professionalism demonstrated by this extraordinary group. I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
