Made the process extremely easy and streamlined. Extra shoutout to Kimmy and Colbey since it doesn’t give me the option to review them as well!

Buying a home can be an overwhelming process, but having a trusted professional who ensures everything runs smoothly makes all the difference. That’s exactly what they did for us, guiding us every step of the way and ensuring the home we purchased was the right one.

I had an excellent experience with Joel, Jeff, Doug, and Gabby. Great people.

I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I was afraid the process would be long, hard, and maybe someone would pull the wool over my eyes. But the transparency of the VU team made all those fears go away. They truly are in this for the right reasons and it shows. They helped me and my family purchase our first home in less than a month and we are forever grateful and blessed!

Great communication everyone was so helpful with about just anything you could think of for a move

My family and I were very disappointed with our experience using Veterans United for our home loan. The biggest issue was the consistently poor communication. Both myself and multiple members of our real estate team had a very difficult time getting in contact with our loan officer and his supervisor. Calls and messages often went unanswered, and this lack of responsiveness ultimately caused our closing to be delayed by six days.Unfortunately, the timing couldn’t have been worse. We had already arranged and loaded a moving truck and adjusted our schedules to spend a long weekend getting settled into the new home. Because Veterans United failed to communicate and process things in a timely manner, we weren’t able to close as planned. I was forced to either pay additional fees to keep the truck longer or make a six-hour round trip to unload everything into a garage—still without access to the house we were supposed to already own.To make matters worse, both our loan officer and his supervisor were unhelpful throughout the process and rude not only to me but also to the professionals working with us. Rather than acknowledging the delays caused on their end, they repeatedly tried to place blame elsewhere despite clear documentation showing their lack of responsiveness.Although Veterans United may offer competitive rates, the service we received was far below acceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them.

I was originally on track with another lender, until I stumbled upon Veteran’s United (and recommended by my colleague) and at first, the amount of outreach was a little overwhelming, but once I got on the phone with Greg my demeanor totally shifted. His professionalism, honesty and mentorship throughout the process made VU an easy choice! He paired me with my realtor, who has been amazing from that day, and even still after closing! I cannot say thank you enough, to Greg, and the whole VU team.

The Veterans United team really made my home purchase easy. From the start they were on top of every detail. I can’t express my gratitude for the attention to details, and the professionalism demonstrated by this extraordinary group. I would recommend Veterans United to all veterans who are considering a home purchase.

The only negative feedback I have is that loan processing officers should coordinate better with Holidays so that Title Companies will be able to process on time and not cause uneccesary delays. Other than that, they did a great job.

Always a great experience with Veterans United. I’ve now purchased two homes with them and they make it such a seamless process that I don’t think I would ever want to work with another mortgage lender. 10/10 will go with them again next time I move!

Experience first-hand why 355,266 homeowners give us a perfect score!
The service Veterans United provides makes the home buying process clear and reduces the stresses involved.
The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.
Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work!
Thank you to all that I worked with!

Very professional, answer all call and questions.

Upon the initial conversation, the team stood by their reputation. So glad they got me the house I wanted

I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.

VA home loans gave me good advice when choosing the area to settle, helpfully recommended a great realtor, and stayed in touch throughout the process to assist when I needed the help. Their help changed a normally stressful process into one more easily endurance and understandable.

I was let down by New Day USA big time; but Veterans United came to the rescue. "No man left behind" by VU for sure; VU loan officers went a long extra mile to make things happen for me.
