we have used veterans United and specifically Gabriel for our mortgages and have been extremely pleased with the entire process. Gabe is exceptional in many different ways, he has an exceptional knowledge of mortgages and is able to explain with detail all of the end and out of the product and the process.

Too much paper. I submitted several documents more than once because I didn't have a clear understanding of what was needed. I thought they asked for things that shouldn't have been necessary (ie Aqua fax needing information on the condo I own with my siblings, having to redo a gift letter because it had another bank's name on it, requiring statements from all my bank accounts,). I also received a disclosure with him correct figures which was upsetting because the amount was significantly higher. The final was what I had expected
