I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone considering purchasing a home. A real plus which I didn't experience in the past was availability of a real estate agent. It eliminated my need to research agents.
Jumping through hoops is expected with a VA loan, but I wish the communication was a little better so we could have provided necessary documentation sooner. The delay in closing from this was frustrating. Most of my team was excellent but there was one person that hadn’t called at all and did not email as often as I was expecting. We still have yet to have a single phone conversation with her. The rest of the team was diligent and helped us a lot though.

I know yall work hard, but trying to get ahold of yall is impossible at times. I appreciate everything yall do, would just like a bit more communication. It’s terrifying to be left in the dark for weeks at a time and not being able to reach anyone while you are trying to close on a property.
