Tim and his team did everything right from the first time I called his office till the last. This was my 1st home purchase and I've heard rhe horror stories of how rhe VA Loan process (or any home loan purchase) was terrible, the worst type of nightmare, etc and so on. Yim and his team not only made me feel like I was Family, but that they were truly there with me every step of the way. There were a couple of overwhelming moments, but Tim cal Ed me down and explained everything clearly and intelligently. He and his team made this Nightmare a perfectly peaceful dream.
