The whole process was so smooth! We closed in 16 days because of how smooth everything was and how on the ball everyone was. Anytime I texted or called my man Steve was right there to answer. There were times that communication was not as clear as it should have been been or needed to be to accomplish the task and there was a lack of understanding about availability of this client to resources at times creating frustration and and appearance to others that the client was not responding to the Loan Officer /team which created a negative representation with the realtor/team who is known to the Veteran's family. This was distasteful and irritating.
Really great organization. They help you every step of the way. This is my first time buying a home and I never felt in the dark or unsure as everything was explained thoroughly the whole time. They have a very professional, polite, informative, and responsive team. I definitely would recommend their services!
