Shannon was on point on getting all the information and was streamed line. When a problem happened he was on it and fixed it quick. When the Problem was his mix up, he admitted to it and corrected it.
Everything was very easy and worth-free for us! It was helpful to be easy to call or text if we had any questions, and we had a lot of questions as this was our first home buying experience.
Everything ran so smoothly it was awesome. We were able to close on our home in just 21 days. Also being able to see where your loan is online and upload the documents to your Portal is very nice it allows you to see what has been reviewed and keeps you in the know.
