Everyone I had interaction with was exceptional, I was always able to contact someone and all my questions/concerns were answered immediately! The process itself went so smoothly.
The online portal made it very easy as well. All we had to do was upload PDF documents of anything needed.

There was clarity throughout much of the process. I received the final disclosure the day of closing so I was not able to view my final numbers and the closing numbers skyrocketed the day of closing. The beginning of the process was fine but in the end the numbers were not where I thought they would be. In the end I felt my choices fade away. Overall thanks for our New Home.
