I have sit here for quite awhile trying to think of a way of saying just how grateful my wife and I are to Mr. Workman for what he has done for us. This is the most difficult statement to put together I have ever made to try to show our appreciation in words for a person that was only concerned about us and our future during this home buying process. I can sit here and just say all kinds of good things about him and his team and how they took care of us but, the right words to define this great experience just don’t exist. Worked with a couple different people but by far Rebekah Moncrief was the most friendly and the most helpful! Before Rebekah started helping me there was a little mishap with the process. She stepped right in and corrected it all. Also she followed through with her work and task to make sure I was good to go with the whole process. She went above and beyond! As a paralegal for a closing attorney I know not all closings go smoothly and as a first time homeowner I was nervous but Gabriel always made time to speak with me when ever I had any questions and made sure I understood what was going on so I always felt comfortable. The entire process from start to finish was so smooth and stress free, Gabriel and the VU company as a unit were incredible and their communication and diligence through the entire process was very much appreciated. The Veterans United process was easier than buying a car at the used car lot outside of your first duty station... I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran or retiree that wants a fast, easy, simple process unlike getting gear at supply (AKA CIF), going to Dental or waiting in line at the chow hall on the 14th of the month....
Now I understand why Veterans United is the largest VA lender in the country. I was treated like the most important person everytime I walked through the door and they made me feel at home and like we were family. I had an awesome experience with initial impressions of the company all the way up to the closing date. My wife and I couldnt be happier! Writing a good review is the least I could do for this organization and Shannon Workmans awesome team!
