Not much to say about Veteran’s United, however Shannon Workman was awesome. Shannon was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any question at anytime of the day. 10/10 would recommend (Shannon). We dealt with an FHA loan, which we understand to be a pain, but whoever is behind the scenes, dealing with the underwriting and the info needed to obtain the loan, I can’t give much credit to. There was info needed at the last minute on a scheduled closing day or we wouldn’t hear anything until after the scheduled day. All in all, Veteran’s gets a 7/10. Shannon really saved the rating.

I truly appreciate their dedication to excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Daniel, my loan officer, was outstanding!!! He followed up with me often, communicated every step of the process and made sure to always call with a solution or two to any problems faced.
