For individuals with 750+ credit scores, perfect credit history, and returning customers, better initial rates should be offered than "industry standards." Veterans that meet the above criteria should be offered better rates if an organization is going to call itself Veterans United. Overall the team did an outstanding job. Gabe is definitely a numbers guy to me, which at times can confuse one if they don't understand the process and how the numbers works, especially being their first time doing that whole process, aside from that, he was cool. Michelle, I wish I'd met her face to face to ask more questions and put a face to the voice on the one time we spoke over the phone. As for Ms Maureen, she was recommended to me by someone that absolutely trust her abilities and helped them go through their home purchase, and it was all worth it, she's awesome, she made the process feels very easy and unstressful, if that's a word! So thank you all for helping out with everything, I feel like I just became part of another family that will be there for me if I have any questions about this whole home buying stuff. Being a first-time home buyer, I was unsure of the process, but having Maureen on my side, was beneficial. She was responsive, simple with her explanations, detailed with her work, and extremely friendly. Even though I felt like I was asking too many questions, she ensured that I was not bothering her.
