Victoria and Amanda worked so extremely hard for my family. They made this process so easy on us. If anything, I slowed the process because. These two ladies, as well as the whole team are greatly appreciated in my family’s new house
Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.

I had to haggle for a better rate. For some reason they needed other offers before they could give us something remotely decent on an interest rate. Will not use veterans united again because of that.
