Extraordinary customer experience!!! If you are looking to buy or refinance your home this is the company to do business with. Shannon Workman was my loan specialist and I can’t even begin to describe the amount of work he did to make sure that I can get my loan. The whole team work together and Is very knowledgeable. Extremely happy that I found this company and in the future I’m planning to do business only with them.
This is our fourth home purchase and our second loan with Veterans United. Being a Veteran, Normally Veterans United is excellent to work with but this time the process had a few mistakes, that caused us to have a later than wanted closing date and a lot of undo stress. Going off of this experience, I cannot recommend Veterans United.
