Veterans United was absolutely AMAZING, educational, caring, supportive,ALWAYS available no matter the day or time! The amount of pure attention to us no matter how big or small they guided us and held our hand from the second we got approved till even after the closing! I do not have enough words or gratitude for the opportunity and blessings they have provided to give us our home!
Working with Nichole since 2021 has been very pleasant and productive at the same time. I felt at ease with her guidance, how she has always meticulously covered every aspect of what's in the client's best interest. I am ecstatic with that part more than anything. Also. Her teammates, one in particular Gray that has taken great effort to keep things in order, with such grace and kindness. I have to give a new nickname to Veterans United. It is the "chik fila" of real estate. Im going to encourage my "Battle Buddies" to rely on Veterans United. No nonsense, responsive to questions, excellent process and the best customer service that I felt like was SUPERB!! Five stars being the highest I give!!
Veterans United failed me. They failed to communicate that we could not receive seller credits for repair and they cost us over $12k at the last minute right before closing.Will not be recommending them or doing business with them again.

Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
