I was introduced to Kyle about a year and a half ago when the market was pretty rough. He helped me get my foot in the door back then, but I ultimately couldn't pull the trigger on anything because prices and interest rate were too high. Every now-and-then throughout the next 18 months, Kyle would check in and I would reach out to him as well for quick updates and questions. Once my wife and I found a house we were interested in, Kyle was very patient with me and informative on the process - step by step. I am so appreciative, for all the help I received in securing my home. Kyle all in all is outstanding. He answered all of question no matter how small they seemed. He gave me reassurance when all seemed lost. I also liked that he broke everything down line by line barney style. All the lingo is hard to understand sometimes but he was willing to sit there untill I understood. Fantastic man. 10/10 all around.
