He helped me through the entire process, no bull, just straight facts, and the entire thing was done with precision. Jon is the money, and Bryan was everything else. Bryan Kay was the exceptional at answering questions and helping me through the other part of the process. Anytime I had to sign something or if something came up that I didn’t understand, Bryan answered my questions without fail! With these two as a team, I knew that I was in great hands!
It took awhile for my loan to get approved due to the government shutdown and issues with the Hoa but they helped me along and did what they could to help me close!

She always reached out to us, kept us motivated, and kept us progressing to our goal of being a homebuyer. Once we were qualified my home loan specialist Seth reached out to us within an hour of being qualified and even though he had engagements with his family and it was late he always took the time to answer our calls, kept us informed, and kept our loan and pre approval moving. He motivated his team and even though it was late on a Friday Lucas stepped in and together we were able to be pre approved that same day.
