Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! This was my first time buying a house so there was a lot I just didn’t know. Zach and his team made themselves available to answer all my questions and took time to explain the process step by step. They really looked out for me and made the home buying process a breeze! I’d also like to give a shout out to Ashley as well for taking good care of us. She was always kind, courteous and professional.
This process was as smooth as I could have imagined from start to finish. This being our first home, I had a lot of questions and concerns and they were always happily answered.
I have nothing but positive feedback regarding the recent process and the team involved in our purchase.The people and the process were great. First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
