The only issue was communication. I was being contacted by multiple people, which is totally fine, but there were a few misunderstandings with callbacks.
The whole experience was the smoothest and stressless process I’ve ever had.
I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.
The team was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.
Schlander, Katie and the rest of the team did an amazing job with getting me approved for my first ever home loan. I would highly recommend him and his team to friends, family members or just some stranger buying pizza!
