There was a serious lack of communication between our Ryan and Susan. That made it really difficult to work with, both constantly asked for things that were already submitted to the other person.
Always efficient and kept me informed of the process. I almost felt like member of their family as everyone was very friendly and considerate. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
They were always available to answer any questions and help out in any way. I definitely had questions and needed a lot of help being a first time home buyer. Excellent customer service!
