My overall experience with the app sucked. It was extremely frustrating to log on.
They kept there promise to lower our interest rate and they did in 10 months.

This was my first time buying a townhouse, and I have little experience or knowledge with buying a home through Veterans United. The only knowledge I have was through the internet and hearing stories from my friends and their experiences. So I went with it and purchased a home in HI which was expensive, a long process but yet thrilling in the end. The teams that I work with were amazing and very knowledgeable, and I can't thank them enough throughout each step of the way. They made it easy for me, even though I'm in a different state. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Veterans United was an awesome experience. If you are a first time homebuyer this is the way to go. If you are lucky enough to get Katie and her team as your lendors your worries are over. Just sit back and give them all the required documents and they will take care of the rest. Awesome Awesome job by each and everyone on her team. I have no no problem with Veterans United Service. If I call and I leave a message someone always calls me back. Answers any questions I might have. Customer service is outstanding.

Veterans United was very helpful and supportive in my endeavor to buy a home as a veteran who had been desiring to use his VA Loan privilege for years. I have seen the other Vet Loan companies on TV and believe in Veterans United even though I had never seen them run an ad.
