I really appreciate how helpful everyone is. I'm not good with computers and when I need help they're so helpful and DON'T sound angry when I really don't know what they mean. Patiently they walk me thru until I get it
Veterans united is awesome. They help you out with every step. My realestate agent loves to work with them. This is my second home and a refinance with them. I won't work with another company. Every last person has been great with me. They make calls for you if you can't do it. They will help you get the correct utility companies.
Jeff and his crews were there for me any time I needed them, always have an answer tor me and believe me I didn't want to make any mistakes. He guided me to the whole process without a doubt I highly recommend Veterans United

My experience with Veterans United has been positive from the beginning! When I decided to buy a home (and this is a first for me) I thought the process would be long and tedious, but I was wrong! Everything happened so fast; I was amazed! Living in one state and buying a house in another was crazy (and my friends thought I was crazy. too), but VU pulled it off like magicians! As a first time home-buyer, I was very pleased to have an exceptional team at Veterans United that answered every question I had, was quick to respond in a timely manner, and kept checking in on me on a weekly basis. They helped with finding my realtor, getting me the information for my utilities once I found a property, and possible moving services if I chose to use any and much more. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking for their new home!
Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They asked for documents, I didn't hesitate and got them what they needed. We closed on our home very quickly and easily. All of my questions were answered and they made the process so very easy. Still don't want to buy another home any time soon, but will definitely use Veterans United Home Loans again!
