Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. Painless easy process. We had minimal questions and those we did have were answered quickly. Whole process moved fast, even when some issues came up.
I went into this process not knowing and not having any experience with VA loans. The way Janet Bowe and Tommy Purk guided me, explained everything to me was very appreciated. They relaxed any type of anxiety I had which made this a very pleasant experience.
Everything went smoothly. I would only suggest that the underwriting team review all the documents well in advance to catch mistakes or needed information before the two day requirement for closing. That way the closing date doesn't have to be extended.
