This started off in Clarksville Tn being all positive. In GA it was different meaning follow up was slow after the initial paperwork. I had to ask after I submitted everything for the letter of approval.I have purchased 5 homes VA. This was not as good of an experience as the other 4 mainly because of communication.
Prior to working with Veterans United I had worked with 2 other mortgage brokers. Neither one of them offered the around-the-clock support or work ethic as Kyle Upshaw (my VU mortgage broker). This is my second time working with Kyle, I came back to veterans United for a reason. Because of this I will always recommend VU to other military members
We were simply told too many things that were wrong and had to be adjusted later including an additional $14,000 we had to come up with 2 days before we were supposed to close. Documents that were sent days earlier we were told couldn't be opened - that's fine, it happens but why are you telling me 3 -4 (or more) days after I sent them. Kyle was very nice but too many dropped balls.
